BUSY BUSY BUSY
Obviously I haven’t been on to post lately. The house stuff was put off for a week due to some issues with the banks appraisal values. Dave called us this morning and said they had it all staked out today and the loader was out front ready to dig tomorrow. I’ll put up some new pictures after tomorrow.
Last week was crazy with work. I was helping with registration for a meeting so there was a lot of overtime put in. It was kind of nice to be really busy for a change. I’ve got quite a bit of stuff still to do.
This week was suppose to be pretty busy but it’s proving to be more than I thought. Yesterday I realized that our freezer wasn’t working and that our fridge was slowly going out. So Mark and I had to go buy a cooler to keep some stuff from the fridge cool, while we took all of our meet and condiments to a friends house. He’s a bachelor and dosen’t have anything in his fridge anyways. So hopefully tomorrow it will all be fixed.
Then I talked to my mom yesterday and she proceeded to tell me that she’d been laying in bed all day b/c she pulled her back out working out in the yard. Not to mention my dad is not there this week b/c he’s sponsoring the senior trip with our church. It’s really worrying me b/c she can’t even get out of bed with out feeling nauseous. This morning she was trying to take a bath to clean herself up and she passed out and hit her head. She’s having a MRI done right now, assuming she made it to the Dr. So I’m toying with the idea to go up to Jeff tomorrow. She really needs someone there. A friend of mine is getting married this weekend and my mom is doing the flowers for it so that’s another reason why I would go up early to help her get that together. Anyways we’ll see what the MRI says and then decide.
Mark and I are staying at my aunt and uncles this week b/c they are out of town and were helping get the boys off to school and to their weekly activites. So that just adds more to our plate. I really can’t complaine thought, my uncle grilled out for us before he left.
Hopefully we’ll make it through this week and weekend.
Hang in there on the house. I know it’s exciting and sometimes frustrating when you face set-backs. I’m so excited for you and Mark. You need a puppy for your new home!! Check out my blog…we’re trying to find homes for these six darling puppies who are coming from K.C.
Congrats on the start of the house! I’m sure that is incredibly exciting. Can’t wait to see the progress and the plans.
Your dad is out hiking with the boys. The girls decided to sleep in and then go hangout in downtown Breckenridge.
We’re praying for your mom. Hope everything goes well this weekend with Malika’s wedding.
