Weird Winter Weather
We had quite an eventful night last night in the Ozarks. About 5:30 pm there was a storm coming our way from down in Arkansas there were warnings out, tornado sirens were going off and there was quite the lighting display in the sky. I got home and realized Mark hadn’t even left his off so I warned him to stay there or he was going to hit the storm head on if he left then. So he decided to wait around. At that same time I realized they were saying there was another sever storm coming up the same path about 30 mins. behind it. Needless to say Mark made it home. But the night didn’t stop there. We had major thunderstorms, tornados, high winds, hail…the whole package…from about 5:30 pm until 4:00am this morning. I’ve never seen anything like it.
Mark & I luckily faired well, no damage just a lot of rain and some heavy wind. We were lucky some of the storms didn’t come more east because we would have been right in the thick of it. Several of Springfield businesses got hit with some damage and a guy from my work, his house was damaged by his neighbor’s house which got completely wiped out. Luckily his neighbor wasn’t home; they are just not going to like what they are returning to.
Everyone around here at work today are pretty much like zombies due to being up all night with all the different storms coming through.

I’m glad you made it ok! THe house pictures look wonderful as well. We’ll be looking for a house soon!
